Intro Chain Gang - 23rd July

Plan to be out for another intro paced ride. Expecting some new riders so pace around 18 -20 mph.

Meet at the Tuns at 7 pm.

Propose 3 - 4 laps of the shorter Abingto Piggots loop.

    This sounds great as I missed the last intro round - can't make tonight though but really hoping there may be a couple more into sessions throughout the summer? I am busting to do the chain gang!

    Four out tonight for the intro group, me, Tom H, Rich T and Adam. Ran as a TTT again keeping a nice steady pace @ 20.5 - 21.5 mph. This is faster than stated above but comfortable for the group. I think everyone enjoyed it and we plan to out again next week.

    Gwen you're more than welcome to join us and we'll adjust the pace (if needed!) so that we work well as a group.
