Good race replacement ride! 7 out on a fast and windy route.

Thanks for a great route Trahern, out towards Woburn, round the race circuit out there and back, 66 miles at 20.1mph.

Managed to not fall into any nettle bushes this time, but did get stung by a wasp a couple of times, decided to take up temporary residence inside my jersey...

    Shame you boys lost Dan and Jon when they tried to pace Mark back on! (We parted company from them at Langford and they were still determined to catch you)

    4 out on the more sedate Sunday ride. 41miles av 18.0mph with a swift coffee stop in the sunshine at Danish Camp. No mechanicals, no wasps. Pucker!

    that was a good ride thanks to all fast boys for waiting & for pulling myself and trahern all the way round.

    shame it was so windy outbound but very pacey with a good tailwind on the way back.

    note must get rid of 1/2 stone this coming winter to many bbq & booze in this great weather.
