9.30 Saturday 3rd Aug
Just 7 of us out today for the 9.30 ride - must be something to do with that "other" ride happening this weekend...;-)
We did a southerly route towards Sandon, Buckland, Barkway, Anstey, Langley Lower Green, Great Chishill, then across to Fowlmere and back via Meldreth and Bassingbourn.
Me and Stuart turned off toward Royston so I don't have exact figures for the round trip from Ashwell, but I reckon it was about 40 miles at an average of about 16.5. A good ride and almost the perfect temperature - thanks all.
PS Have a great ride tomorrow all you RideLondoners, judging by the logistical hoops you seem to be having to jump through, I think you will have done well just to get to the start on time!
