    I was only gonna drop in for a bit of the ride as I need to be back in Letchworth by half 10/11... Any of the usual lot out?

    Ill come out till 10/11 as well mate, don't want to over do it with Sundays race and want to see this new bike :)
    Can we still go to the cafe?? I fancy some cake

    Not sure if I'll be hanging around to be honest... Won't be a cafe stop! Need to get some miles in, had a couple of weeks off...

    Suffolk coastal cross winds for a week for me. Deep sections and pointy bike should be interesting. Maybe how to get bigger arms in 7 days:)

    nice ride out, good to hear Cam's stories about meeting men in the forest. these things should be brought out into the open.

    mid 18's for 50 odd miles. huge amounts of fun on the new bike! what happened to the guys after whitwell? i had to get home so steamed off...

    Yea that was good, prob a bit more than I should have done with tomorrow's race but its all good :-)
    Robbie and myself went back into WhiteWell but couldn't find them??

    i got stuck behind a tracktor in whitwell so i was behind and cam and dan waited up for me, and we went through preston then crossed the main road to head back to letchworth
