Got a few sets of road bars free for anyone to collect, all 31.8mm dia.

Also looking for a 40cm shallow drop set for Holly if anyone has some knocking around

Just wondering are the newtons measured from centre to centre or outside to outside?

I would be interested in either of the 42cm bars if still available. (assuming measure from outside to outside) Otherwise would go for the 44cm.
