Mudguards
For those of you that don't have the luxury of having a winter bike or a frame with mudguard eyelets, have just seen that wiggle have these in the sale:
Full length mudguards
Not only will they stop you from getting a wet bum and keep your components from getting full of dirt, but will save your club mates on group rides getting a mouthful of road muck!
The winter is here...

They are designed for bikes with no mudguard eyes and close clearance between wheel and frame....however, my Condor has such close clearances that the road racers don't fit. I've tried every which way, but there isn't enough clearance specially between the rear brake bridge on the frame and my 25mm tyres. Frustrating.
Still....this provided the perfect opportunity for me to buy another new steel Condor frame that does have mudguard eyes and I'm transferring all the components from the other bike onto it, plus full SKS winter mudguards. Road racers now redundant!

I've got eyelets on the back but not the front (?!)
Looks like I'll be sticking with my Race Blades for now - not brilliant, but they're better than nothing
Nathanial they're yours if you still want them for a tenner. Your bike doesn't need eyelets for these guards, but if you have eyelets on the back it suggets you should have sufficient clearance.
Let me know and can arrange collection.

Sorry Adam - at least you got first dibs on the Obree/Boardman book I donated!
