What a terrific night!! PB's all over the place -
Pontis, Jon S, Angus, Lyndsey, Mark C, David, Malcolm, Jane C and some first timers I believe by my records - Andrew (almost broke the 30!!), Martin & Matt.

And the 'Movers and Shakers' this week?? = Mark C took 00:01:39 off his PB, David I Jones took 00:01:13 & myself 00:01:11

I would like to point out i had a puncture with 3 to 4 miles to go, so i was going at 8 MpH for ages :@, n that's y i had such a bad time, where as usually I'm getting 29's or 28's
