Indeed, a great result.

It is the magnificent Hempton CX this Sunday. I know Fakenham seems like a long way to go but this course is one of the very best. Bomb holes to take your breath away, sand banks as high as Snowdon and woodland rabbit holes you can park a double decker bus in. Epic.

Don't worry John, the rabbits are very shy. However if you do see any then it probably means you are pushing on a bit too hard!
