Deffo out. Couldn't get to the CCA London bash so sober evening. Looking at 70m fixed with a coffee stop.

    Too much on at work I but sorry to have missed it today.
    I'll only be out for a short one tomorrow as have only just knocked that cold from 3 weeks ago.
    Don't wait for me of I am not there on time tomorrow but will try to organise myself to wake up early.

    1 puncture (me) and one broken chain (Shaun after the sprint. Wow, you guys must have been going some)
