    That reminds of the old adage about racing being like wrestling with a gorilla. Sadly in this case the gorilla got tired before the race even began :)

    I think to explore the carnage potential of tandem cross to it's full extent it should be done somewhere like Broome Heath in full mud conditions!

    Tandem cx...has to be done. Checked my tandem this morning and reckon i can get cx tyres on. I was actually quite impressed how well some of those teams managed the dismount and remount.
    Has there ever been one in the UK? would make a fun end of season event

    London League does the New Year Madison, but I have never heard of a tandem event. Looks great fun.
