This will take place in early May with 5 stages all in our region, especially stage 4 cheshunt to welwyn
womens tour of britain

apparently welwyn are planning some girl and women cycling events to coincide, but i dont know any more detail at this stage.

    Laura Trott comments on it in today's Telegraph, and the sad death of Simon Layfield

    "The Tour of Britain will be extra special for me personally as stage four basically runs from where I grew up in Hertfordshire and finishes near Welwyn where I spent all those years under Simon's watchful eye. I will be thinking of him as I compete in Colombia this week."
