    That ride means there's loads of potential for turning off right? Not sure I can manage 80m at your speed

    Lots of turn-offs for shorter rides… on familiar routes/roads. Coffee stop as usual - MC's got the kitty Jane! : ))

    Or we can kick our butts up Sundon/Sharpenhoe a few times - but that sounds a bit brutal!
    Or another Shaun special.

    I second that - Mr K was magnificent on the front today. Excellent suntrap of a coffee stop at Harold Odell too.
    V tired indeed now and watching 6 Nations is doing nothing to relax me. C'mon the French, that's what I say (and much as I love France, it was surprisingly difficult to say that)
