Changes at British Cycling

I have been a little concerned and there has seemed a loss of focus for nearly a year now. So With the going of Chris Boardman, Steve Peters and Sir Dave Brailsford with Geoff Cooke at UCI how does the future look. I think a change was needed as the mantras and methodology had become a ritual. Would love to see the track squad dominating for years to come. Any thoughts?
