Cycle Club BBQ???

I still have a 60' x 20' Marquee erected at Radwell. It will have to come down soon..... There is ample space for all the club members and Family to enjoy a relaxing end of season BBQ. Plenty of parking and space......I have a projector and Richard has suggested taking his Imagic trainer...Max has access to some rollers and for those who just want to relax and roam there is something for all.
Do we want to do this?? if so when?? September weekend sometime??do we make a small charge for hot dogs and Burgers like at the Youth BBQ on the recreation ground and make profits available for the Grass track project??
I can organise a barrell of IPA...any thoughts??volunteers??

Geoff, This is a brilliant idea (especially the IPA). I am rubbish with a grill, so don't let me anywhere near it. I will happily prepare some other food. How about September 5 or 6?
