F11/10- Will Smith new club record!!!!!!!!

Carmelo, Will, Anthony , Justin and I rode the F11/10 course at Tring today. Carmelo did a 22..?? Anthony did a 20:24, Justin did a 20:17 I did a 19:49 and topping the field was Will Smith with a new PB of 40:47! Amazing!! ;)

I won juniors and got 6th overall in the seniors. Justin and Ant were both in top 20 and we won the team prize for best 3 riders!

    Amazing ride by Cam today! ....most people were saying about 30 to 40 seconds slow today and some of us who rode on Thursday evening found the same which makes his ride even more impressive....chippings made surface awful..stunning ride Cam and an 18 has to be on the cards in the future...

    Will I guess you punctured or went the wrong way...hard luck

    It was the "on a unicycle juggling four kittens record".

    I missed my start time, they slotted me in 20 minutes late (which gets added on to your time), so rode it in 20.47 which wasn't bad with no warm up and 20 seconds notice that I was about to start.

    Good luck at the Tom Simpson tomorrow. I'd like to see a better report than this one up on the forum about that race please...

    Team prize at a big open like that is pretty damn good!

    Well done Cam fantastic ride. It was slow out there which makes that time so much more impressive. Shame you didn't get the club record with that ride as, like for like, it's by far the best 10 ride a CCA rider has done! Then again when you go into the 18's soon it wont make much difference anyway ;-)

    Of course..forgot to mention Justin Layne beating his own club record at Herts Wheelers on Thursday with 19.48!

    Will Smith 20.27,Jason Stuart 20.30...19's beckoning for you boys surely...


    me 21.48 ..1 second off my all time best of 21.47 done in the 80's ..old school...

    Anthony Morris unfortunately went off course but his figures were showing a possible 19..
