SIx out tonight.
Nice and steady on the first lap, concentrating on technique. Picked speed up a bit on the second lap.
Lap 1 @ 20.6 mph
Lap 2 @ 21.2 mph

    Matt - a lap is 9 miles.

    The circuit is shown on the website under "club runs". See if you can ride this before next week to familiarise yourself.
