Medium run Sunday 16th August

I'm happy to lead a medium run this Sunday as I'll be around. It looks like a Westerly (if Metcheck is anything to go by - Ha Ha) so I've plotted a course out that way, around & back. Approx 52 miles with a few humps en route. Nice steady pace @ around 17/18's, 5 minute changes on the front to keep people fresh & conversation varied.

Aye - nice ride. Never cycled thru Woburn park itself before. 61 miles, 19.3mph ave. 13 out in this group. Back 12.30pm - perfect.
