Road circuit practice

James Asker from West Suffolk Wheelers is kindly putting on a Road circuit practice on a Weekly basis, Starting Monday 14th July. This is suitable from age 8yrs upwards and these sessions are not run by a qualified coach, but I'm sure you will have fun with James as he has good knowledge of cycling.

Please arrive by 18:15 to allow for sign on for a 18:30 start, finish time 19:30 cost £2.50 a session

    sounds interesting Shelton. An alternative you could all try is to drive to Stevenage with young riders and use the extensive dedicated cycle tracks which run for miles. I used to do this to familiarise riders in a safe off-road environment. They learnt group riding and many now cycling in the club tried this first. There is a map of the cycle tracks on the Stevenage Councils web site.
    Should add that if riders are not being accompanied by parents the person taking the rides needs to have CRB clearance if it is going to be a regular thing.
