A record turnout for the season with 28 keen TT'ers. Wind was a moderate North Easterly which was met with mixed feelings but produced 9 PB's from club members. Special mention to Jason for his first sub 22:30, MC for a fantastic first 22 and James Dow with a great PB and top points 2 weeks running in the Handicap comp which catapults him into first place with 5 races left.

    Next time, MC, if you don't freewheel the last 50 yards you could do a short 22!

    Congrats MC - a fantastic time.

    Didn't really understand why it was a headwind in Guilden, and still in Wrestlingworth, and then all of Northfields ! How is that possible for a circular course ???

    Thanks to Tim, JMac and Finn for timing and RobB for pushing everybody off (and still getting a PB!)

    Oh and Emma is gutted as her time was an equal PB ......

    Beat my previous PB by over a minute, and this year I have struggled to get under 30. It must be because Tim nagged me to clean my bike!

    Good to see that Jason's extensive training regime is getting him results (how the hell does he do it??).

    MC, you're not allowed to freewheel in a time trial. At least pretend you're working hard! Great times!

    Potential new member checking in.
    As someone who is interested in joining CCA am I ok to come to the TT tomorrow or is it an existing members only kind of evening?

    Hi Jon

    The CTT regulations state that those taking part need to be a member of a CTT affiliated club (pretty much all are).

    You will be most welcome to take part if you are either a member of an existing club or are prepared to join CC Ashwell on the night - a steal at £15 I believe.

    Entry fee is £3.00 (including £2.00 CTT levy) for Ashwell members and £4.00 for guest members of other clubs. Signing on is from about 6.15 and first rider off at 7.01
