WANTED!! Winter Training Bike

Hi

Looking for a winter training bike for when the time comes, doesn't have to be anything special, ideally comes with mudguards or at least have the fixings to allow mudguards to be fitted, if you can help let me know. I am 6 ft 1 so would need to be a larger frame size.
