Looking to get 2 groups out for 2 laps

Intro pace @ ~ 20 mph
Medio pace @ ~ 22 mph

I'm planning to go with the intro paced group

Bring lights!

    Ran as TTT.
    Lap 1 @ 21.4 mph
    Lap 2 @ 21.6 mph

    A good, consistent, hard ride!

    Last outing for me as it was quite dark at the end (could squeeze an early one in next week though!)
    Thanks to all who've been out this year to make Tuesday night a fun night!

    Good one Pete. Not sure of my plans for next week but will see how they pan out. It was a very good work out, especially out of Steeple second time around. A good pre cyclocross season effort.
