Grass track tubs - help needed

I managed to get my hands on some old grass track wheels & tubs at the Mildenhall jumble. Could anyone show me how to set them up before Saturday? Sophie wants to try them out. The tubs are stuck on but have been untouched for 3-4 years so probably need to be redone. I am clueless. Could anyone help?

    I will be down tomorrow Claire. Can drop in evening and help sort. Think I have some glue in kit so will bring kit down with me.

    I will be taking Sophie down to Baldock for the CX training at 7pm and collecting at 8.30 but will otherwise be around.
