Awesome, Robbie. That's what I've always imagined triathlon feels like, except that I didn't think the bike was supposed to be in the pool with me?
PS can't take any credit for the speed, most of which goes to Vince, who rode like he was on fire. If I could bottle whatever he has for breakfast, I reckon I could make a £million
I needed that. Thanks for a great ride. I think Robbie did as much on the front but I admit I had the bit between my teeth for the first thirty miles. New shoes with carbon soles are great. Always ride harder in the rain and using the rollers again has got me wanting to ride faster. Plus having to get back promptly made for an intense pace. Reminded me of my youth. Jane you did amazing considering you had touring gears with massive ratios. I don't think I could have hung on with that cassette.
Awesome morning cheers gang.
