I can vouch for everything Andy says. Did a week this year to start getting fit again. One of the best weeks cycling I have ever done. The climate is simply wonderful, and the facilities cannot be bettered. I won't be doing it as I have targeted Paris-Nice and promised only one major excursion this year. You will all have a blast.
