Skye (where this film is shot) is stunningly beautiful. When I went the first time the ancient guide book we had referred to a condition called 'Skye fever'; afflicted people would drive people to do strange things by the magical landscape.
Good Three Peaks CX training that though for sure.
I was on Skye in the summer. No idea where they got the good weather from to shoot this as the Western Isles are not known for their sunshine, I rarely saw the peaks clear of cloud when I was there.
If you want to complete the Munroes, you have to either take a guide with you into the Cullins or be conversant with basic climbing techniques as there is a section on the Inaccessible Pinnacle which requires rope work. There's a considerable amount of graded scrambling too, which is always fun, though I'd personally leave my bike behind to be honest.

Probably much safer on a bike im sure. (certainly for downhill Doncaster)
