Welcome to the forum
Tues Night Letchworth Greenway 7th Oct @ 19:45 Two Chimneys Pub
Fancy a 1 hour interval session with a pint at the end????
Or perhaps you just enjoy the trill of speeding down narrow lanes in the dark dodging rabbits, low tree branches and dashing through off camber corners
If this sounds like your sort of thing then come join us on a lap of the Letchworth Greenway @ 7:45pm from the 2 Chimneys Pub on Stotfold Road, Letchworth.
No-one gets left behind and we regroup at each gate, road crossing and of course the pub at the end. ETA for the finish is about 9pm.
7 of us were out last week, including Pete the rogue Nomad... But to be fair he is a second claim Belgian!!
Forecast for tomorrow is better than today - Dry 10-11c and most importantly dark.
I expect the mud to be making it first appearance of the winter after todays rain.
Mountain bikes and cross bikes are great for this, and don't forget bright lights - and that you've charged the batteries hey Nathaniel!!
And note to self - NO chilli before the ride....
See you tomorrow

Have fun, this is great training and as Jamie says, nobody is left behind.

7 out and 43% of the peleton shared the same surname. What are the chances of that?
As promised no-one got left behind.
Until next week

It was slower this week as i was on the front, and the chain gang was on strike (you know who you are !)
You were actually quicker yesterday in moving time but had more rests. Over 5 minutes yesterday compared to under 2 minutes the week before.
Isn't Strava great.
Next week a sub 60 mins, but i'll nip round before we all go out and remove the gates !
See you all next week for another blast.
