Today I raced in the Thetford Winter Series it was very wet and muddy, as the race went on it got really churned up and it became harder to ride. The race is a lot longer than I usually race, my total time out on the course was 1hr and 7mins.
The only category I am old enough to race in is the open female, I battled throughout the race to hold on to 1st position but managed to get to the finish line twelve seconds in front of the person I had been battling with.

I am looking forward to Round 2
