'Ladies Only' Sessions at Welwyn starting 22nd Nov
Welwyn are running some Open 'Ladies Only' Sessions for Road Bikes on Track which maybe of interest to those who want to improve their skills.
I am hoping to get along to the first two sessions

As a follow on from the women's track bike sessions over the summer, Welwyn Wheelers have secured a block of 4 sessions starting on Saturday 22nd November. These sessions will run from 11:00 am until 12:00.
The sessions will be run on the Velodrome using road bikes and will focus on group riding skills and basic road race skills.
If the sessions are well supported then we hope to continue running them after Christmas, if we can secure the track time.
There is no need to book for these sessions, just turn up with a suitable bike and cycling kit.
