Those of you who know me probably know that I have a couple of sets of wheels from Williams cycling in California. I can recommend the build quality and have not experienced any problems. I think the fact that they sell direct to consumer is what keeps the prices so great. I have spoken to Keith Williams personally a couple of times regarding various wheels that they offer and he's always been super helpful.
