The 3 Magi, Melchior, Caspar and Balthazar rode East from the 3 Tuns in search of their shining star Travelling to the North, West and South they saw 3 camels (llamas?) near a Little Town of Potton Before arriving back at a Nativity-less Ashwell barn to deposit their gifts of mould, ranking scents and slur Receiving hot coffee in return for their efforts, but of their star, Cap'n Ahab, there was no sign
Ahab had himself travelled to the far north in search of his Moby Dick And local festive offerings - he feasted on Halibut and parsnips Followed by Artic Roll and washed down with a little whine Although he had a whale of a time, he missed his piratical crew
Who were now sore, afraid and in need of some festive spirits Seeking solace on the Winter Solstice, their shortest ride of the year To warm their tired mussels and the cockles of their hearts Perhaps Ahab might bring some gifts for the 3 Kings from his grim Trek north?!
Captain sinking from the weight of whales and sore ribs
Any plans for speed long gone
But gifts are available from the northern star
Come Christmas eve for liquid gold
Say 6pm
The holly spirt could make an appearance
Or a coffee if around this week
Captain land locked for a while yet

Dear cod....was it a multiple battering or just a sole attack? What's the John Dory... hope eel be OK, but I can kelp out if required?
This might not be the right plaice to discuss it, but there's no point in whiting around...is he going to change his name to Cap'n Haddock?!
Went out on my pike for a 2 Bridges variation ride this afternoon, was floundering a little, but there was a lovely
mackerel sky at sunset....
I'll get back on my perch!
The fishing Dutchman
No straight edges here
Good for the ribs as well
Have fun, don't drink too much
Too late for some
