a bumper turnout of 11 riders today. out to barrington, newton, whittlesford, duxford, fowlmere and back thru bassingbourn and shingay. 44 miles at 18.0 m/h. fast but it was flat, pace was steady, everyone stuck together and the air did not turn blue. david swaine won the sprint from skelders in 2nd place. we may even have been filmed by time team, who were recording in litlington as we went through...
