Im an Ashwell resident and know the cycle club from being trained for endurance cycle event by the wonderful Phil Adams.
I would imagine that youre approached with news of cycle events every day but just wanted to flag up the Big EY Ride which runs between London and Inverness 5th 15th May with the first leg running from London to Cambridge.
Participants can do legs, stages (south, north and Scotland) and the whole thing.
Legs cost £50 to take part with quite a low suggested fundraised target but with brilliant back-up medical, mechanical and broom wagon. Funds raised are for our work in helping disadvantaged young people find pathways into education, enterprise and employment.
