Club run review - Sunday 18th Oct 2009
8 out today in medium group. Distinctly civilized in the fresh air and light breeze. Nice to see Ashley. I reckon he might pop over for a few easy [for him!] not-getting-out-of-the-saddle rides during the winter. He's really gunning for a team in 2010 - so best of luck there. Robbie was in the ride too for a final bit of a push before going to Oz tomorrow representing GB in his category in the Triathlon World Championships. All the best Robbie - enjoy it!
Me, Geoff, Ash, Alex, Kevin, Robbie, Strappy and Vince went over to Woburn Park and looped back through Flitwick and thereabouts. 60+ miles at 18.5mph+. Back to Ashwell 12.45pm. Ash and Alex went on at Woburn to Bow Brickhill for several more miles.
