Thought I'd head for Royston hills this morning. I was so cold and wet by the time I got to the bottom of Therfield hill I popped into McDonalds for a McSports mcMuffin and coffee.
I became aware of more than the usual looks of pity (could be envy!) that a lone MAMIL gets when he strays away from his bike, then I realised why-
