Monday slackers ride - Spanish style
Miguel, Manuel, Jesus, Pedro, Conchita and Juanita set sail into the stormy weather to tackle Sa Colobra via Lluc. A testing, endless 12k climb to the monks in Lluc where they rewarded us with more fuel for champions before embarking on a terrifying, soul destroying, end of days descent down Sa Colobra. Once at sea level after a stiff tonic we were ready to challenge the record for the ascent. Hairpin after hairpin we gave sir b wiggos record a run for his money. A modest day out with 7000 feet climbed to be followed by 402 steps in Pollensa for Juanita and a few beers.
