Woken up with a sore back this morning, too many hill intervals yesterday, perhaps?
So, won't be riding this morning to prevent it getting worse - had 2 prolapsed discs in the past!
Apologies for short notice - been walking around since 7am to see if it would ease up.
Might get out for gentle trundle later, if possible.

Thanks for your concern Pete2 and Cap'n...
....feeling much better after a quiet day walking the dogs and a gentle bit of gardening.
Glad I stayed off the bike...have suffered too many times in the past ignoring my backache.
Next week I'm helping out in the Primavera, so will ride Saturday and probably Sunday PM as well.
Might be able to get home early one evening for a short ride and weather forecast is good!
