Time trial, local for some and an alternative F14x/10 Barton out and back. 19:00 start tea and coffee available afterwards.

    3 CCA in attendance, Emma, Stiggers and myself. Certainly made a change, unfortunately not a pleasant one... gruelling cross then head wind on the way out and then there was the hill - twice!

    Absolutely hideous is all I can say and I've never felt so sick. Was good for a change though and great to see 3 CCA there - a good bunch of people and you even get tea and biccies in the layby. Having said that I was pleased with my time but maybe won't return to the course in a hurry :-)

    Maybe a week away from Northfields is just what we need to really appreciate it. Dave and I did the Stevenage CC course - lumpy and into a headwind on the way back, but we were made very welcome. Nice to see the committment from CCA - it would have been easy to take a week off!
