see you tmrw - thinking woburn, ivinghoe, rebourne = 85miles 4400ft climbing
  • Will try to join you out to Woburn. Are you heading out via Langford?

  • Will be doing my own thing tomorrow and only going out for a couple of hours due to Interclub on Sunday.

Legs have come back after Chiltern 100 however not sure if they are going to generate and sustained speed yet!

JMac's given me the SP on FTP which I now need to work on....

    Frankly Terrible Pedalling....
  • Five out at the start: me, Tim, PhilK, Robbie and Pete. Rode back from Woburn with Tim leaving Robbie and Phil K to carry on into the Chiltern Hills. Very pleasant wind-assisted return and ended up with about 45miles as a nice warm up for tomorrow's Tour of Cambridgeshire.

Pete - hope the wheel held up and you got back ok.
  • Top route... great to see everyone. Phil was pulling the train!
  • Did you manage to tire Phil out today? Super strong on the road out to Woburn. Hoping to get a tow to Nice later in the year!
