Was supposed to be mountain biking, but the kit here is truly junk. 40 llb clunker death traps whose overall cost would still give you change from a fiver. Truly awful.
Made do with a few sessions in the state of the arc gym instead.
At least 30C in the non- airconditioned gym, so can only manage 25mins on the exercise bike before needing to jump in the swimming pool....Amazed I haven't sustained any serious injuries yet.
