As there are just 2 weeks to go it seems a good time to remind everyone that in all competitions except for the Northfield Trophy it's best 4 rides to count.
If you only have ridden 2 or 3 times thus far you still have an opportunity to post a set.

Thanks for this, appreciate you putting it out.

Are those in the men's category meant to be our best time of the year? Not that it makes any difference to my place, but didn't I do a 24:40 the first week? ;-)

I should be tapering for Half IM on Sunday, but seeing how close this is and clocking a pb last week, I'm tempted to come along on Weds.
