    Early bird gets you back in time for time trial and the day. Sorry cannot spare the time for a Robbie 8am. Hopefully will be freer sometime soon. But for now it is the early bird for me with the delightful Martin L.

    Man of the match has to go to Phil for long and strong turns on the front, as well as being first or almost first up most of the hills. Superbe
