Hard racing, mainly due to the dry heat and also it was a 'double header' with the monstrous Hog Hill the day before.

Good performance with CCA clinching top marks in the Team Competition.

Great result that Travis, you got a storming start! What happened Bryn, puncture!

The Under 10's and 12's lads were brilliant and bagged us the club win.

I was really disappointed, thought i was going ok but was nowhere near the riders i was with last week, weird

Thanks for the pic Tim. Enjoyed my race and had a storming last lap to pick up about 4 places. All seems a bit easier in the Old boys :-)

Tim - sadly not a puncture. I fell on my knee during the warm up and although it felt okay before the race once I really started testing it on some of the steep ramps I just couldn't find any real power and the pain made me fearful of doing more damage. I retired with an ice pack. It seems fine now, I'll give it a gentle test on the bike tomorrow.

Congratulations everyone, the team win is a great result! Especially Travis, we discussed before the race how well the course suited you and it's great that you had the legs to follow it up.
