Great price on Keo Easy pedals (inc cleats £22 + £4 P&P)

Just replacing pedals on my winter bike and found a vgd deal at Planet X

Might be a good buy for kids bikes as well as winter steeds? You have to 'pre-order' though to get this price, ie buy now and wait a few weeks for delivery

    Those easy keos aren't very good, after a little bit of use and with no spring adjustment you can pull your feet out just by wiggling your toes.

    Much better, with adjustment and better seals are the Exustar. Ive had years of use with no probs and the same price too.

    Planet x also have these even cheaper Exustars, £13! not used them though super cheaps

    Only problem with Exustars are that the material they make their pedal body out of seems to be softer than the cleat so the pedal wears quicker than the cleat... Solution is to use look cleats. My Exustars lasted a whole winter and some of the summer before I managed to snap the left pedal body... No idea how you do that.

    Yes, but youve been doing 19 minute tens....you probably bend your cranks and melt your bottom brackets.
