Bike for sale

My son is looking to sell his road bike, it is a Carrera Valour medium size frame (18" from centre of BB to top of top tube) We bought it new in 2006 and it is in good condition, always looked after and well maintained. It has an RPM 48/34 chainset, 12-26 cassette, Sora shifters and front mech, Tiagra rear mech, Tektro brakes, Selle Royal saddle and Sigma computer.

It is currently fitted with Shimano SPDs and I am happy to sell with these on or I can swap to flats if required. He is looking for £125 ono for it and I am able to deliver locally. Give me a call to discuss on 07721 604204.

    John.would be a good buy for the youth section as we are building a base of bikes for them to get started on.....I'll check with my youth committee...can I reserve it for the CCA youth section please

    how old is your son? to gauge sizing. Do you think it would be too big for a 9 yr old?
    I'm not sure the size of bike we hire when my son rides at Welwyn?
    I don't want to get into a bidding war with Geoff, but I've been trying to get a road bike for Tristan for ages, but keep missing out on Ebay. We are in Gamlingay so could pop around to where ever you are for sizing if you think that is appropriate (you would have to let me have your address & suitable time if that was the case trahern@ccashwell.com)

    way too big for your son unfortunately....The club has a bike which would fit him.

    I have a small Decathlon roadbike which was Edward's until very recently which I was intending to sell if you are interested. I cannot recall if Tristan was a similar size to Edward.

    I think they were about the same size, Tristan probably a little smaller.
