London track accreditation.
I did my level 2 and Richard and his son did their level 1 last night. All good.
All very simple and to let people know what it involved the level 2 was basically single line changes and riding in pairs. Anyone who has ridden a club session would have no problems at all. The only tricky aspect was the chap with his boxer shorts sticking out the top of his assos shorts who had to get the coach clip his shoes in for him, couldnt ride within 20 metres of the rider in front, couldnt ride a straight line and kept nearly slidding off.
The point of accreditation i guess.

That will give me provisional accreditation at Lee Valley, likewise pending a check ride (Stage 4 probationary assessment) for full accreditation.
... and bought a basic training track bike yesterday too.
Gonna do the club session on 6 December and booked onto stage four on 24 Jan too.
Guess you guys will be entering a local track league in 2016?
I'm pretty nervous about my 4th stage, can't do it until 24 Jan - but fingers crossed - I've entered the police national omnium in Derby on 20 Feb - so better go ok!
Planet x are doing complete bikes from 799 and frame only from 299 which is bargainous. Might be better building up around something like that and keeping the Van Nic for the road.
Planet x frames.
There was an SQT session on before I rode and it was interesting seeing how these go. I real mix of riders with some smashing it and others having quite long breaks as they were buckled from earlier efforts!
Well done on two! And I'm booked in for that same SQT on 2nd Jan. So you'll see another knacked odd ball.
Hope you had a good SQT Robbie:)
Also, remember everyone Welwyn Track league starts in April and is a very good league and a great place to get some race experience. I'm not sure London accreditation will automatically get you in but if you are indoor accredited I'm sure attending one of their training sessions will be enough.
