  • Yo Ho Pingu, The Snowman, Lars et al.

All aboard the Polar Express (8-10mph?!) this Sunday.

Last winter was Dancing on Ice on a northern route around Bassingbourn, Shepreth, Orwell, Shingay.

Ship's speed was blunted by Cap'n riding the oldest MTB I've even seen and my industrial gas-pipe 'cross bike.

    Winter is coming.

Sick as a parrot, Cap'n? Not as sick as THE parrot. Squuak!

Flying Dutchwoman exacted her revenge today after a wasted Saturday under the duvet recovering from an all-dayer.

A whole Sunday therefore of what chores? following on from what's yours?

And no bike ride this weekend. Only 8 weeks now since riding with the club....but the house and garden look good!

  • Oblivion is a dark place
Full of demons and dark deeds
But the sun rises and light comes forth
I say light comes forth boy

    Luck to change next weekend
See you all then, fingers crossed

Papa Pingu's Pirate poppadoms presently promise a precursor to paradise (oblivion) this week.

However, the Flying Dutchwoman will be in attendance to implement Operation Saturday Duvet Avoidance as an Official Cobra Consumption Monitor.

Do we share starters, I say, do we order starters boy and expect a table subsidy?

Beware the gannets and those shores.

    What shores?

Very kind of you, I'll have a cold beer please.

    King Cobra
  • Pleased you are present for play

Papa Pingu poppadums for pirates and partners promise pleasure produced on the palate
Plates provided as a posh emporium
    Parlour pregnated with pungent poultry

Corus of cries for Copious Cobra
    cacophony of curry

    Crowds cheer,
    Punters peer
    Where's my beer

    Ave it

  • Pirate polly parrot pleasantly pleased - presume papa pingu poppadoms proportionally paid?

Cornucopian cold Cobra consumed conspicuously -copious cost covered?

Baldock beer beverages, bombastic bacchanalian banter blended by beautiful Bombay bites.

Friday frolics - friends, fabulous flavoursome food, freezing fantastic fizz bangs.

Obvious oblivion obscures opaque onerous omnipresent over officious ogres.
