Ahoy
Looks like a no show for me tomorrow again
40 mph gusts, too much I am afraid.
34 miles today at 15 mph
Winter conditions with wind and wet
Coughing emptied lungs of goo , not a pretty sight
Thanks to FD for the tow
Duvet day tomorrow
The ship sailed this morn'
With one lone rider
But not far did it venture
For the most disastrous occurred
aye a mechanical!
Stranded in Steeple Morden

Phal Dhansak

If anyone is riding, I'll meet you there.

Good to get out again with a shipmate - 9 weeks since the last time.
Excellent character-building conditions to mark the occasion - cold/rain/wind/greasy & muddy roads - just perfect!
Cap'n bravely on the back, coughing his lungs up for the last 30 miles.....
...cap'n reminiscing/lamenting over a lost sprint from the summer....helped him through the pain!
See you next week

Stranded in Steeple Morden
Rescued by the parents
Managed a weak 8.5 miles

Great courage to journey into foreign lands
Odyssey and the cyclops well known in those parts
Let's hope for next week
Looks like yesterday got rid of the phlegm in the lungs
Spit in the eye of the cyclops
See you next week

PS you where in the sprinting story discussed above
