Belgian brand cyclocross bike which is about as small as you can get with 700c wheels, perfect for that step up from 26" wheel bikes. I built it with small people in mind so everything is suitable : cranks, handlebars, stem. It's a kid's cross bike so has the marks you'd expect from two years of use.
