Lee Valley Road SQT Sessions - message from John Scripps

Hello all,

I hope this email finds you well. Just a quick email to let you know that we are running Road SQT and BMX Gate training sessions at the now reduced price of £6. These sessions are great if you’re planning to train for your next racing season either on the Road, or BMX. If you’re also struggling to access the track for SQTs or track league, this serves as a great training session, as many of the drills will cross over, and some drills will be the same, but translated to the road circuit.

Road SQT – Takes place on Wednesday nights, 19:00 – 21:00. £6 for all. Maximum of 40 spaces.

BMX Gates – Also on Wednesday nights, 19:00 – 21:00. £6 for all. Maximum of 16 riders per session. This may be increased if the session becomes popular.

Both sessions are bookable via the Lee Valley VeloPark website, however, if you decide that you wish to come with short notice, please call as we may be able to accommodate you.
