Sat 5th extended club run 10am

In addition to the normal sat club run at 09.30
The Sat medium run at 08.30 ( Cavendish might be there )
There will be an extended Sat club run

10am from 27 High street Ashwell
( near the post office )
At the moment only 2 of us
you are welcome to come
35 -40 miles at club run pace
I understand Cavandish will be coming to this one

He gets around !

I confess this means Sunday is unlikely for me
But still a 09.30am start
for those with clear heads and stout hearts

Lots of runs
one must work for you
